“Some men came carrying a paralytic on a mat and tried to take him into the house to lay him before Jesus. When they could not find a way to do this because of the crowd, they went up on the roof and lowered him on his mat through the tiles into the middle of the crowd, right in front of Jesus.”

I wonder how many of my friends would have forsaken the chance to meet Jesus because of my disability. I wonder if I would go to such lengths to help my friend meet God when he is completely unable to do it on his own.

Why did I say God helped me pull through my harrowing week at school? I figure I got about an average of 4 hours of sleep each night from Sunday to Thursday. I don’t know how you night owls (HOOT!) do it, but I need my 7 hours of sleep to stay sane! BFF texted me on Friday saying that she’s running on a low tank. And I could only scream a silent ME TOO in agreement. The fact that I could be sharing about Giving and Tithing to S&S on Friday was already a miracle.

The heart is willing but the flesh is weak. I think God must be frowning at the way I’m treating His temple.

Next week might be worse. (2 presentations, 1 written test and 1 assignment deadline) To prevent this from happening, I will ensure that I plan every single minute of my time. And I will guard my time with God from Busyness and Fatigue. He deserves the firstfruits.

potentially stressful thursday turned out more than okay. because God sent qiming to help with the very irritating spss/data analysis thing we’ve been stuck at for so very long! it so happened that he sat next to me at hq just as we were about to start doing it. super enlightened after he explained alot of stuff to us. thankyou God! He so knew we needed the help.

plus i got yummy coffee from sengkim. heard something amusing from leon. gobbled my fav currypuff in the morning. had lifelong friend as company as we slogged our guts out for the most irritating project ever.

can’t help but be amazed at how real & thoughtful God is in my life!

I’m at HQ now waiting for my dad to pick me up. What a relief that I don’t have to squeeze with the 10million tired people on public transport.

I am thankful for how He kept me going this week. But for now, I’m a little too fatigued to verbalise my thoughts. Sleep first, blog later?

- Did AB213 project work with Fung from 12pm to 830pm
- Was blessed with gifts like Yanyan biscuits, coffee and wangwang!
- Laughed at Wee Boon regarding xxxx
- Instigated Monchichi to throw a paperball at a sleeping Wee Boon
- Made a ‘I miss you!’ face at one of my sheep
- Visited a wake and was reminded of Ahma
- Spoke to someone who is too cynical about life (I found it a little hard to imagine why he believes in God.)
- Was refreshed by the ‘CL Retreat’ photo album that Sengkim uploaded on Facebook
- Know I need some physical rest
