If any guy were to adorn himself with such a colour combination on the streets of Singapore, he would probably receive numerous stares. Hmm. Still, I like the yellow! (: I have mixed feelings regarding the white pants though.

I started this leg of the race with the convictions that I wouldn’t be a people-pleaser. More and more, I’m beginning to see how doing that would be far easier than pleasing God – The standards and expectations are lower, the rewards and praise are tangible… Why not?

Reminder to self: The applause of man is temporal.

At the end of the day, I must point people to You. I will fail them. And You won’t.

(I find myself praying a lot more lately. The heart is weighed down. Has to release some burdens to Him or else – drown in a sea of negativity, self-loathing and doubt.)
